By engaging Morrow for services, you agree to these terms. All work is governed by the project agreement signed at engagement start.
Services
Services are scoped in writing before work begins. Any scope changes require written agreement and may affect timeline and cost.
Payment
Invoices are due within 14 days. Milestone-based projects require payment at each milestone gate before work on the next phase begins.
Intellectual Property
On full payment, all custom code and designs are transferred to the client. Third-party libraries retain their respective licences.
